Melvyn Ainger

This is Melvyn Ainger. Melvyn is the former Creative Director of Vidal Sassoon in the UK and most recently Miami. He has been working with the the little salon for the past 4 years training staff and taking clients on a monthly basis. A Rainy Summer Day in Rosemary

It's a rainy day in Rosemary and we are loving it. I just got back in the salon from the Olive Oil Company and they are busy, busy. The salon is pretty busy for a Wednesday in August, with just enough down time to get a tea and post to the blog. Brian is at the OOCo. having lunch with friends, something he can't do so easily during the months from October through June. Kristin is taking some time off to be with her family, unfortunately her father is very ill and Alia is cleaning and getting to some chores that slip by in season. Otherwise it is business as usual. After walking back to the salon from the Olive Oil Company, I passed Lourdes and waved as she was finishing up with someone's nails, gave a nod to Kelly at Everything But the Girl and waved to a few neighbors on the street, I am thinking this is truly the most happening, most hip, most genuine neighborhood in Sarasota. Kudos to all of our Rosemary neighbors!!
