Dory has extremely curly hair, but likes to have it blown dry and flatironed for a straight look. We discussed using a chemical straightener on Dory's hair, although with her highlights, we might need to wait until they grow out a bit more. Straightening and highlights don't usually mix. If Dory chooses to have the straightening done, we will then begin to use only a single process color and no more highlights. Maintaining the condition of Dory's hair is most important. Dory had been working on her pottery before coming into the salon, she is a ceramicist on Siesta Key.
